al-Mutun al-Asliyya al-Islamiyya
(Analysis of Basic Islamic Sources in Arabic)

This is a follow-up class in Learn Qur’anic Arabic series. In this class Dr. Yusuf Ziya Kavakci will grammatically analyze the Main Islamic Sources using the knowledge we got from our first class “Learn Qur’anic Arabic-Basic”.

Eligibility:

  • Commitment from the Students to finish this course and try sincerely to study the class material in their spare time.
  • Ability to read and write Arabic. Writing skill may be fair. Students will have to make notes from the board so the ability to write will be very helpful.

Class Materials :
  • Imam Dr. Yusuf Ziya Kavakci will provide the notes for the class and the notes will be published on this web page.
  • Students will need to buy an Arabic to English Dictionary. A recommended dictionary is the, "A dictionary for Modern Written Arabic" by Hans Wehr.
  • You can purchase a copy of the Class Video Cassette for $10.00+Shipping. Each cassette contains about six(6) class sessions.
